Welcome to Hey Bloo ("we," "us," "our"). Hey Bloo is a platform operated by Plentidots, a registered business in Ontario, Canada. By accessing or using our platform ("Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

1. Use of the Platform

• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the Platform.
• You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any information you provide.
• You may not use the Platform for unlawful purposes or in violation of these Terms.

2. Business Listings and User Content

• Businesses registered on the Platform must provide accurate and lawful information.
• We reserve the right to modify or remove listings that violate our policies.
• Users may not post offensive, false, or misleading content.

3. Account Registration and Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Platform Availability and Modifications

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Platform at any time without prior notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of business listings or user-generated content.
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from your use of the Platform.

6. Third-Party Links

Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

• Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
• We take reasonable steps to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee complete security.

8. Termination of Use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you violate these Terms.

9. Business Name and Legal Ownership

• Hey Bloo is a platform operated by Plentidots, a registered business in Ontario, Canada.
• Any legal agreements, invoices, or official documents may reference Plentidots as the operating company.
• If you are conducting business under Hey Bloo, you acknowledge that it is a trade name owned by Plentidots.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Subscriptions and Payments

• Paid plans (such as the Basic Plan) are billed on a recurring monthly basis in Canadian Dollars (CAD), tax included.
• Access to subscription features is granted immediately upon successful payment.
• Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless canceled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal. Access will remain available until the end of the current billing cycle.
• No physical goods are provided; all services are delivered digitally through our Platform.

14. Refund Policy

• All subscription payments are non-refundable, including partial months of service.
• Exceptions may be granted in cases of duplicate charges or proven technical issues preventing access to the Platform.
• Refund requests can be submitted by contacting us at hello@heybloo.ca.

15. Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your subscription at any time via the customer portal.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
• To avoid charges for the next billing cycle, cancellations should be completed before the renewal date.
